"Hi Paul, it's not a bad image, but i agree with CC's summary.. USM sharpening (un-sharp mask) is the very last process after down-sampling the image, try and reduce your in-camera sharpening settings or disable them and process at the end…"

Can't you put a "clunker" in every now and again to make us poor strugglers feel a little better ?? :)

I am driving around Europe for a holiday in June-August and will be in Spain about the second last week of June .... any places you can recommend I must see/ must avoid??

Like I said before the spiders are more afraid of you than you are of them, and tend to their own business unless provoked! When this darned foot of mine comes around and behaves itself, I'll be out shooting some new bug and spider pix - I'm still looking to get a portrait of the black widow spider, without getting bit! Maybe some new flower pix as well - we have lots of colorful weeds here, as well! TTYL :>) Have a nice Easter!
