Just so you understand the slight impact when you change your privacy settings.

Under "Privacy Settings"

Visibility area..

My blog, photos and videos can be viewed by...

• Anyone
• Just my friends
• Just me

Moderation area..

MODERATION

Comments on my blog, photos and videos can be added by...

• Anyone
• Just my friends
• Just me

If you change any of these two settings to any thing else other than "ANYONE" your photos are limited to just basically your friends or just you. 

The problem with that too is that if your pics were selected to be featured as admin I'm no longer be able to select your pics to be featured.  So be cautious to avoid this changes unless of course that's what you intention was. 

Note too, it also preserved previous settings.  Example you change it to just you or friends only then upload some pics.  It preserved this changes on the photos you uploaded and if you decided to change it back to "anyone" it's too late, the only way it will take up the new change in your privacy when set back to "Anyone" is to re-upload your photos.  Seem to be the case here.

Hope that clear some things up and don't forget to be cautious when you do decide to change any of these settings.
