"No Borders Nor Boundaries" - Where Photographers get together
Oh, thanks Terry ! I am extreme.y honoured ! :-)
Now I have to come up with a challenge, there's more to winning than a warm glow :-)
How about 'natural beauty'. It could be a person or something from the natural world, a landscape, any kind of animal from insect to elephant, anything natural. Whatever you like to shoot there should be scope for almost everyone to have a go :-)
I look forward to the pleasure and challenge of judging the entries.
Lets set the closing date and time as February 24th at 10pm GMT.
Have fun :-)
Steve :-)

Permalink Reply by Scott D. Fels on February 17, 2012 at 7:06pm Congrats on your win, Stephen, and what a fabulous challenge topic! This is where I feel at most home, and I love going out and "capturing nature's beauty"! Here are my two entries to start off this challenge. (Both are best viewed at full size.)
Entry #1: Jocko Falls Near Arlee, Montana--this is one of my favorite places to go and to shoot. I hope you like it, too!
Entry #2: Shooting Stars--I could spend a lifetime photographing these flowers and never tire of them! The essence of natural beauty.

Permalink Reply by Scott D. Fels on February 18, 2012 at 5:11am What a wonderful composition, Terry! Simple and elegant at the same time. I love the gentle curves and how they create the leading lines to take the viewer deep into this shot! And the way you included the little white flowers in the foreground is spot on!
